I have the know-how you need.

Leticia Fehn, Mediator for Fehn Mediation

I’m Leticia, your Mediator.

“In mediation, everyone has a voice, every concern is heard, and the outcome is built together—not imposed by a judge. Instead of decisions being handed down in a courtroom, mediation gives you the chance to be creative, actively shape the agreements in a way that positively affects your life, your family, and your business. It’s a process rooted in respect and collaboration, where solutions are created—not forced—and the result is an agreement that feels fair, lasting, and truly your own.”

A Bit About Me

Before becoming a mediator, I spent more than 15 years advising top executives on conflict resolution at global Fortune 500 companies like Boeing, Raytheon, McKesson, and Nestle USA. Today, I bring that same skillset to mediation—creating a supportive process that replaces conflict with communication and helps clients move forward with confidence.

I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of La Verne in Organizational Management and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law – Straus Institute, the nation’s top-ranked program. I’m also a Certified Divorce Specialist, Divorce Coach, and Co-Parenting Specialist.

As a member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution and several leading mediation associations, I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and professional practice while making the mediation process more approachable for everyone.

Areas of Expertise

Divorce Mediation

I received advanced training and a Master in Dispute Resolution (MDR) at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law – Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, the nation’s top-ranked program. The Straus Institute is internationally recognized for its excellence in mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution, and its graduates are among the most skilled practitioners in the field. My practicum included: divorce and family mediation, mediation theory and negotiation, and workplace and organization conflict. This specialized training, combined with my 15+ years of professional experience with executives and Certification as a Co-Parenting Specialist, equips me to help clients address both deeply personal disputes and high-stakes business conflicts with skill, neutrality, and professionalism.

Couples Mediation

In addition to my advanced training at Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, I pursued specialized education to work directly with couples facing relationship challenges. This training emphasized the unique dynamics of couple conflict—where emotions, communication styles, and long-standing patterns often shape the way partners interact. Through this training I developed skills in: facilitating difficult conversations, Identifying Underlying Needs, Improving Communication, and relationship transitions. This training allows me to offer couples a safe, neutral space to strengthen their connection, repair trust, or, when necessary, separate in a way that preserves respect and mutual understanding.

Divorce Coaching

In addition to my background in mediation and conflict resolution, I am a Certified Divorce Coach® (CDC). These professional credentials reflect advanced training focused on supporting individuals through the emotional, logistical, and financial complexities of divorce. My divorce coaching training included: emotional resilience coaching, decision-making support, communication skills, and future planning. This certification ensures that I can offer not only the structure of mediation, but also personalized one-on-one support to help clients stay clear, confident, and empowered throughout the process.
