1. Contact Us and Get Started.

Your first step toward resolution begins with a confidential consultation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, explain how mediation works, review legal statutes, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions.

2. Mediation Session #1

Clients review their documents and completed mediation workbooks to ensure all financial, parenting, and personal information is accurate and up to date. Together, the mediator and clients outline which matters have already been agreed upon, which remain in conflict and if experts are needed.

3. The Legal Process

The Mediator and Legal Document Assistant (LDA) submit the official divorce petition and summons to the court, legally serve the respondent, and confirm court acknowledgement of the exchange of financial disclosures.

4. Mediation Sessions #2-5

Both parties engage in guided conversations to explore options, express priorities, and work toward mutually acceptable solutions. Each spouse presents and refines settlement proposals that address key issues such as finances, property, and parenting arrangements.

5. Divorce is Finalized

Both parties review, sign the finalized settlement agreement, and confirm their mutual consent to the terms of the divorce. The signed judgment and required court forms are filed with the court by the LDA, making the divorce official and legally binding.

Business Owner & Partner Specialization

When one or both parties are business owners or partners, additional financial documentation and a business valuation is required. Mediation provides a process that prioritizes stability and allows continued operations without unnecessary interruptions. Agreements can be crafted to protect cash flow, leadership continuity, and long-term company value. This process ensures that company assets, income, and ownership interests are kept confidential, properly evaluated, and equitably addressed within the mediation and settlement discussions.

Take the Next Step with Confidence.

Professional or Personal Challenges doesn’t have to put you, your family, or business at risk. With mediation, you stay in control—resolving conflict privately, efficiently, and on YOUR terms.
